Men 6th Dorm & Men 8th Dorm share a 24-hour reception counter located in the 1st floor lobby of Men 8th Dorm. It provides the following services:
- 信件與包裹收發（僅收住宿生本人，不收冷藏、冷凍或貨到付款包裹，且無代退件服務） Mail and parcel collection for residents only (C.O.D. or perishable items and return services are not provided).
- 房間鑰匙借用 Room key borrowing
- 吸塵器、拖把借用 Vacuum cleaner and mop borrowing
- 生治會財物借用（籃球、桌球拍、打氣機和桌遊……等）Student Committee property borrowing (basketballs, table tennis paddles, pump, board games, etc.)
- 男八舍生活學習空間（生治會辦公室）登記借用 Reservation for Men 8th Dorm Living and Learning Space(Student Committee Office)
